This i DIY rc controlled fireworks launcher. It is using diesel glow plug so it is reliable and requires no maintenance. All you need to do is to charge battery and clip rocket fuse to glow plug. Parts required: * diesel glow plug. I used NGK Y-E07: 9x1 thread, 152,7mm long ended with 4mm connector which fits very well to regular 4mm connectors used to connect lipo batteries * hydraulic pipe (outer diameter is ~21,5mm and printed parts are designed like this) * RC witch (relay controlled by PWM), could be any relay, it just need to handle 4A * RC receiver * 3s lipo battery (power for glow plug) * BEC to power 5v rc receiver * paper clip to clip fuse to glow plug * big matches (or just piece of wood) to clip with fuse to glow plug to ensure good contact. It does not have to be match. Fuse is igniting earilier leaving match not burned in many cases Here is how it works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8YttN80r4Qk In wideo I'm using two switches to trigger it. First is safety switch, second firing it (you can hear it). It works reasonably quick (~2s from powering it up to ignition of fuse). Radio gear is really optional. You coul control relay with a switch on long cable. This year I'm planning to use nodeMcu and control launcher with wifi
