<p>A bunch of test prints, intended to be used to check the first layer (after you do all other recommended calibrations as suggested by the manual).</p> <p>If you get uneven results, try to adjust your bed and/or use this guide to compensate it in the printer: <a href="https://help.prusa3d.com/article/TPGip0OmaP-bed-level-correction">https://help.prusa3d.com/article/TPGip0OmaP-bed-level-correction</a></p> <p>(Set the layer height to 0.2mm, not 20mm as it says on step 2, unless it's fixed when you read this.)</p> <p>There is also another test print there that you may wish to try before this.</p> <p>If you prefer to level the bed physically instead, then you may want to check this link: <a href="https://github.com/PrusaOwners/prusaowners/wiki/Bed_Leveling_without_Wave_Springs">https://github.com/PrusaOwners/prusaowners/wiki/Bed_Leveling_without_Wave_Springs</a></p> <p>(Even if you level it physically you may have to add bed level correction in the settings as well. Not sure why. Perhaps my sheet is slightly uneven?)</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Disable skirt, there is no room for it for most of them (in PrusaSlicer : Print Settings -&gt; Skirt and brim -&gt; Loops (minimum) : Set to 0).</p> <p>Slice it for whatever material you're planning to use. I've added gcodes sliced for generic PLA, but that's mostly so you'll get an idea of the print time etc. I recommend that you slice the STL files yourself.</p> <p>The 4x4 square is a 4x4cm square that's meant to be moved to a specific location that you want to check. If it's not too close to an edge, then you may want to enable skirt for it. (The pre-sliced version of the square uses about 0.4g of filament, which this site is not capable of coping with, so I set it to 1g manually.)</p> <p>These files are made for 0.2mm layers, which seems to be what's most commonly used for the first layer.</p>
