FRC Team 2445 used two of these gearboxes to rotate the intake arm for their 2014 Aerial Assist robot. A Denso window motor is mounted to a 3D printed ABS housing. Andy Mark Toughbox gears, shafts and bearings are mounted in the housing. A 3D printed coupler connects the window motor output to a small hex shaft. The housing attaches to a 1/8 in. thick aluminum mounting plate. This two-stage gearbox has an overall 12.8 gear ratio. Includes a VEX potentiometer on the output shaft. The Andy Mark and VEX parts were created from STEP files from those suppliers.
