Fisher and Paykel BI602X Wall Oven Soft Touch Button Replacement

<p>Our Fisher and Paykel BI602X Wall Oven started to have an issue with the Soft Touch Buttons. The button edges started to crumble. It was only a matter of time before the buttons would stop being functional and they were starting to be unsightly.<br/> The replacement parts were Part Number 1616982, but were marked as NLA (No Longer Available). Here is my 3D designed and printed replacement buttons. Coming in at 2 cents a piece, this was a quick and cheap solution. I needed 18 of them.</p> <p>The prints were done with a flexible material. I used PLAFlex which is a kind of TPU like filament, though a bit firmer. It did the job nicely.</p> <p>See my included drawings for how the buttons functionally match the original buttons, but with a more pleasant shape.</p> <p>I hope you find the print useful, too.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>The prints were done with a flexible material.
