This is a holder for the Fisher Space Pen, that goes inside the barrel, and hooks onto the peg holes of the shelving unit. This adapter goes on the right side of the IKEA BILLY bookshelf. UPDATE: June 30, 2016 I've noticed that the side of the cylinder facing the pegs make it a little loose, so I've made it flat on one side. And I've also made versions for the left side of the bookshelf. RS= For the right side LS= For the left side v1=full cylinder v2=modified cylinder
