Hardware needed:

2x ¾ steel suspension clamps (or whatever size suits your bike)

https://www.lowes.com/pd/Hillman-2-Pack-Steel-Suspension-Clamp/3013244

2x 10-24 x 2" machine screws and nuts

2 #10 Flat Washers

2x #10 Lock Washers

To install:

Place a clamp on the top and bottom tubes that hold your rear wheel in place. Left leg side.

Put a washer on the screw and place one in the bottom hole and one on the top longer adjustable hole.

Fiddle with the placement of the clamps and mount to find the optimal location and height. Insert screws through the mount, and through the clamp holes.

Now add the crush washer, then the nut and tighten snuggly. Depending on how much infill you did, you don’t want to tighten it too much or you’ll bend the walls.

Print settings:

Print with the mount being vertical so it’s tall on your build plate. The long hole should be towards the top and and the singular hole on the bottom. The long rectangular slits on the tubes should be on the top.

No supports needed using my MK3S.

I did a brim because I was sketched out at how tall it was. It takes so long to print that I didn’t want to risk it

I did 15% infill and it’s been holding up great. You can get away with 10% but it bends when you tighten the screws. Doesn’t break though.

I printed the knobs at 100% infill.

The knobs will be a tight fit, and I added 5 minute epoxy into the holes just to make sure the knobs weren’t going anywhere.

If you’d like to mount it on the right side of your bike, I think you could just mirror the file.

Use instruction:

This is pretty simple. Just insert the rods and explore! The knobs on the side are to accommodate a rubber band as a safety measure to prevent the rods from bouncing out of the mount. Honestly on flat paved even gravel trails, the rubber band isn’t needed. Once you go off trail though things can start to bounce so the rubber band will make sure things stay secure.
