Fitbit Force rash preventer

I have a Fitbit Force and love it but unfortunately have succumbed to the dreaded rash. I threw this together in Sketchup to see if it would protect against the rash. It just fits on the back of the wristband - the little protrusion should fit into the charging port. I printed one (v7) and it fits the Fitbit Force perfectly. It didn't prevent my rash as I think my problem is with the screws and it's harder to cover those. This comes with no guarantees that it will prevent the skin reaction, but it will protect your skin from the charging port. This prints without sharp edges, but it's a bit more comfortable if you sand the corners down a bit. Instructions Try printing with a few shells and at best resolution you can (i.e., 0.1mm if possible). I don't think it's thick enough to really use any infill so I don't know if that will make a difference. Sanding it down after printing will make it more comfortable. You can print it on its back but printing it upright with a raft also works pretty well.
