Designed this for my son's Halloween costume this year. He wanted to be the security guard (Purple Guy??) from the game Five Nights At Freddy's. So I cobbled together this badge, and an emblem for his hat. I printed his from 3D Solutech's "Real Gold" PLA, on a Monoprice Select Mini V2, With supports, 100% infill (just because that PLA is extremely translucent), .175 layer height. Designed this by a mixture of freehand drawing using Paint.NET, a JPG-To-STL conversion, then construction using TinkerCAD. Post-Production: I used self-adhexive safety pin backings from the craft section at the local Walmart.
