<p>Print from some durable material, I used PETG+CF. Layer height 0.15mm is fine. Use some small screws (M1.8x4). Broken headphones does not have much contact space for fixing, so together with screws use some glue. Apply some clamp before the glue is dry.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
