Made sort of on request, but also as a learning experience teaching myself how to use FreeCAD. Objects are definitely NOT FDM 3d printer friendly or oriented in the best possible way (usually with most things I at least try to design them to be friendly and attempt to print it myself but as this was kind of a request, it is what it is). Objects check out in slic3r and don't appear to be broken, however I haven't (and most likely won't) test print this thing. Spreadsheet contains the measurements in millimetres, I wouldn't call it parametric though, if you change something, it'll most likely break, the measurements are more for my own information. You can try changing some values though, like the size of the pole or the nut, those might work.
