Flake (Decorative snowflake)

Decorate your window with this beautiful snowflake. The total size of the snowflake is 230x230x15mm and you print it in pieces. None of the pieces is bigger than 100x100mm so you can make it even if you have a small build volume (Replicator Mini) No glue is needed when you build together the pieces, just use some 1.75mm filament in the holes between them. Weight of the snowflake is 125g. The STL-files with "support" in its filename has built in support. To modify or remix, use the .STP or .3DM I have also made a small version of only the snowflake, 100x100x2mm. Maybe to decorate your Christmas tree? Instructions Printed with Standard settings: Layer height: 0.2mm Infill: 10% Speed: 90/150 Temperature: 230C Supports: No Print 5x of "flake_outer_support.stl" Print 1x of "flake_middle_support.stl" If you want to hang it: Print 1x of "flake_hook.stl" Or the standing version: Print "flake_foot_1(3).stl", "flake_foot_2(3).stl" & "flake_foot_3(3).stl" After you printed all the pieces, clean them and remove the built in support. Join the pieces as shown in the images. Secure them with a bit of filament in the holes.
