This thing is for the flange only. To get the cooling duct, go to the thing below. I wanted to install https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3796022, which is a fan for the TMC2208 stepper driver radiators. The mistake I made was not checking the mount for the fan I purchased. To save a few quid, I opted for a Gelid Solutions Silent 40mm fan. The flange fits into the mounting holes, and if a bit loose, use some glue - I didn't. Also, you may try printing it in TPU, but I haven't tried yet. Mounting holes are M3 sized for self tapping by the screws. I used 12mm screws for this fan. You will need to resolder the wires. After screwing everything in, the bottom plate fits, and all 8 mounting screws can be used.
