Flashlight diffuser 25.85mm ID

I designed this diffuser for my HDS Systems flashlight. The outer diameter at the head of my Basic 42 XRGT on the knurling is precisely 25.9mm. To ensure a snug friction fit, I carefully crafted an inner diameter of 25.85mm for this diffuser. By printing it with 2mm thickness using solid fill in Hatchbox glow-in-the-dark PLA, I achieved excellent diffusion along with the added advantage of a glowing tip when my light is turned off. Print Details Printer Brand: LulzBot Rafts: No rafts were used. Supports: No supports were required. Resolution: The print resolution was set to 0.20mm. Infill: I chose 100% infill for maximum density and stability.
