Adjustable flashlight mount for Nitecore MH20 flashlight (24 mm diameter) on Profile triathlon aerobar bicycle handlebar (22 mm diameter). SCAD file for OpenSCAD and XML file for www.blocksCAD.com are inclued so you can easily change dimensions if required. This flashlight mount : - holds the flashlight near its center of gravity for best stability on the handlebar. - uses 2 quite a hard snaps to hold the flashlight safely. You can adjust the snap in the OpenSCAD file. Or use a thin piece of rubber (e.g. from an old inner tube) on the handlebar as required. - is printed in 2 parts in order to have the layers in their strongest direction (the Z-axis is the weakest) and to keep vertical angle adjustable. - allows for a variable angle of inclination on the aerobars. The connection is based on a GoPro mount. Use a screw and nut M5 to connect the 2 parts. Adjust the vertical angle and tighten the screw as required
