A simple flat adapter where you can attach the ps4 controller wall mount made by Chattel with Mounting tapes (scotch, 3M,etc) to the wall so you don't need to make holes in your walls It does extend the wall mount by +- 8mm from the wall. Use #6(32 x 1/2 in (#6 - 32 x 12.7 mm)) machine screws with nut. Place the side with the hex nut spaces against wall.
