Settings are key to a successful print. Choose your printer wisely, as it can make all the difference. I'm printing with a DIY Core XY setup, and the results have been nothing short of impressive. Rafting is not required in this case, so you can skip that step altogether. Supports are also unnecessary, which streamlines the process even further. The resolution of 0.1 or 0.2mm ensures a level of detail that's hard to match. Infill density is where creativity comes in, but it's not crucial in this instance. I've opted for a shell thickness of 0.8mm, which provides the perfect balance between strength and aesthetics. Print speed clocks in at 70mm/s, allowing me to get my prints done quickly without sacrificing quality. One thing that sets this print apart is the nozzle size – a generous 0.4mm ensures smooth, consistent flow throughout. And with 1.75mm PLA filament, I've got the perfect material for the job.
