I've merged the front two nose pieces of reevesy_92 flat bottom jet boat into 1 print and the middle 2 pieces into 1 print. The mid section came out great but the merger at the front still shows the seams. You could attempt to smooth it, fix it in post processing, or just use it as is if you don't care about perfect finish. Maximum height is around 350mm(I have cr10v2 with 400mm z height.) The rear piece can be be acquired from original thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3138062 Printed with eSun Lightweight PLA 240c 50% flow rate. The boat hull without lid or electronics comes in at only 280g before paint!!! I've printed at .28 layer height, 1 wall, 5% infill, 2 top and bottom layers for the front and mid sections of the hull. No support necessary. The rear is printed with tree support everywhere, .28 layer height, 1 wall, 5%infill, support blocker used as an infill mesh to make 3 walls and 20% infill around the pump area(see pics), 5 top and bottom layers Spoiler/lid handle is a remix from zxpirana's wrx 1/10 scale, scaled and trimmed to fit and print as one piece. Shaft couplers are for 5mm shafts. There is a 2 and 1 piece designs. They worked good for low power but I upgraded to aluminum for 6s. Receiver box is 25x25x40 inside dimensions but you have to be able to slip past the lid mount holes. The motor mount has holes for 28mm cans and 36-40mm cans. I used m3 threaded heat set inserts to assemble mount. Motor mount was assembled then super glued into bottom of boat. The esc is a slide fit with a small stop lip at one end ( Not sure if I got a faulty one, they are junk, or I'm pulling way more than 90a but I'd say buy esc at your own risk because mine melted down and caused burn damage to my hull.) UPDATE: I've installed a 150a flycolor esc. The esc mount is a slide fit. The silicone cooling hose has to be installed after sliding esc into the bracket and works as the retainers. The original 90a esc file is titled "esc_box" and the new 150a esc mount is titled "esc bracket 150a v1" Simple battery strap hold downs can be glued in anywhere you want to squeeze a battery. The center mount battery hold is designed to fit between the runners in the hull. You can print 1 or 2 depending on how many straps you want on your battery. I printed the steering rod seal out of tpu so that it would be flexible then filled with marine grease and glued into back of boat I've extended the steering nozzle 5mm to improve steering. Thanks to user R3wir3d (he has the other make of reevesy_92 flat bottom jet boat) for the idea as well as other insight on the project.
