Flat Case for RAMPS 1.4 Mix & Match Edition

This is a modification of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:32737. All the parts for this ArduinoMEGA RAMPS 1.4 case can be printed flat, one at a time. These new optimized parts all fit and swap around with the original Case for Ramps 1.4 by mkfloria and also give you the option of moving the fan to the lid if wanted. The new base has no clamps or tabs on the side, it can be mounted with screws instead. The original lid has been optimized a bit by removing some extra plastic, and a second style of lid was created with holes for mounting a 40mm fan directly above the RAMPS. The back panel now has no holes for the fan, and has extra stiffeners to make it easier to assemble and glue if needed. The new ventilated side panels have a left and right side version with a hole for the reset button.
