The main difference is that the handler is flat. Dimensions are identical.</p><p>The key knob is a useful tool to convert any key into a door handle. Do you have in your house any door where you permantently leave a key put the lock from the inside? Do you feel it could be more easy to turn that key? Do you have small kids that have trouble turning that key?
