Flat Nozzle for Kobalt 24v blower

I wanted the airflow of my 24v Kobalt leaf blower to have a wider output and angled slightly so I designed this. The thickness is only 0.8mm so that it will flex and doesn't break as easily and as a bonus doesn't use much filament and quicker to print. It is not designed to be stored standing on the nozzle because of that thinner thickness. I added some extra thickness on the bottom to handle wear from scraps on the bottom.

Print Settings

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2

Infill:

100%

Filament:
Luxnwatts PLA Yellow

Notes:

You should use 100% infill so that the thicker part on the end will be solid for scuff protection. Instead of using 100% infill though, I use 1.6mm walls instead as the path travel for the thicker area in Cura is more optimal doing that. If you use 1.6 mm walls then the infill doesn't matter.
You might want to print 5 or so degrees C hotter than normal just to help make the adhesion of the layers a little stronger for durability.

Category: Parts
