Flat spool holder and filament guide for Wanhao Di3

I wanted to move the filament guide into a more central location, which meant lengthening it to keep the filament from bending or catching on the spool's bottom edge. I added a cable tie because the guide arm doesn't sit flat when the bolts are tightened - this was also an issue with the original design, but it didn't affect how the spool rotates or moves whether you secure it down or not.
