<p>Changes made vs original 24v version…</p><ul><li>Increased all dimensions to accommodate the higher cfm of the 80v</li><li>Increased collar diameter needed to fit 80v units</li><li>lengthened the collar to allow for more surface area to make contact. (less likely to fall off during use)</li></ul><p>I made several units using the attached cura project file</p><p>with Sunlu PLA+ Black @ 195 C ; Walls 0.5 wall width, 0.28 layer height ; 95% flow rate</p><p>… made a very sturdy and flexible nozzle.</p>
