SolidWorks 2017 assembly level array used to model a part/component that would produce a very large file if elements were arrayed within a single complex part. This particular part array is 52x45=2340 elements .sldasm file size is 375 KB. The same component modeled as .sldprt file was 22 Mb. Had zero thickness geometry error when attempting to extrude cut the flattened mesh if the cut edge intersected with a point on the internal diamond shape. File "FlattenedExpandedMetal2" reduces this problem. Added US commercial sizes 1/2"-13F, 3/4"-9F, and 1-1/2"-9F per Niles Fence catalog data (not field confirmed).
