Hi guys. This is my FLEX MOUNT DESIGN that I build for my Hypercube. <h2>26.05.19 | UPDATE</h2> - I have reworked the design for the whole E3D TITAN Mounting Assembly. The original design was not stiff enough and the heat bed fan duct was always hanging down. Except for the cooling nozzle you do not need any support structure. I printed all of the parts with a layer height of 0,2mm and a 0,4mm nozzle. Please feel free to remix my design and also add different sensor mounts if you like. You can find the Assy as a Step-File in the downloads. I CANNOT guarantee that my direct extruder design will fit on all hypercubes without any build size reduction. I tried to keep the whole assembly as compact as possible. Nonetheless I had to move the extrusion profile on the top front down (as you can see on my pictures) because my extruder was hitting it. I am also still using my external motor mounts which allow me to use the same build size as before.
