This is a mounting plate for the Flex3Drive G5 for use on the TronXY X5SA Pro with stock hotend. The plate is designed to take 3mm Brass Heat-serts to allow for easy mounting of the G5, the two holes on the back plate line up with the existing holes on the X5SA gantry plate to allow the mount to be fixed with M3 nuts and bolts. https://flex3drive.com/ V4, - Updated to fix dimensional errors with the existing mounting points. Note's: You will need to remove the plastic push release for the boden tube connector as it will sit proud of the mount otherwise. You will need to pack out the hotend heat block a couple of millimetres to line it up with the aperture on the mount. The cabling for the heat block cooling fan, thermistor and heater will need redirecting through the small opening on the shroud, alternatively remove the small piece of metal dividing the two parts for easier assembly. Insert a piece of Bowden tube in to the hotend and leave it protruding 3-4mm above the mount surface, this will seat in to the Flex3Dive and press when tightened down will pressure fit the Bowden tube in the hotend.
