Flexcut Starter Kit Whittling Carving Knife Sheaths

Hello whittling friends! I was frustrated by the lack of commercially available sheaths for my new Flexcut KN500 3-Knife Starter Kit, so I created my own. I'm posting them here for anyone else who doesn't want uncovered blades in their tool roll or on the workbench. The sheaths are made to cover the blade only. The "throat" (opening) narrows from 2mm to 1.3mm wide to create a snug fit when the blade is fully inserted. If it doesn't fit your knife, try printing at 98% to 102% size. The throat is is angled to match the handle. Remember to be careful! Carving knives are extremely sharp, and while these sheaths should help you to more safely store your knives, they cannot prevent injury entirely. The design prints just fine for me on an Ender 3 with no supports, but I have a glass bed. You may need to adjust for adhesion on layer zero. Be safe and have fun!
