This fan coupler designated to attach a 40mm dc fan to a flexible hose. It is designed to exhaust the carcinogen gas from any enclosed 3D printer especially when printing abs parts. The dc fan flow rate is so small so you don't have to worry sucking heated air especially for those who are printing big part with abs.(to prevent warping). This coupler is very flexible so it can rotate 360 and 80 degrees in respective direction. Print Settings Printer: Zortrax, Any printer Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 70-100% Notes: rotate to 90 degree first before printing. Please create the support using your 3D pirinter software How I Designed This The step of designing is very easy. The featured use is revolve. the design is sort of ball socket design but with hole at the center. the base is based on adc motor 40x40mm and the mounting hole can match with the dc fan hole.
