Flexible Building Low-poly 3D model

I came across an image on Pinterest that inspired me to create a 3D model using Blender, resulting in this architectural design. The model is modular, allowing even beginners to easily modify the gap distance and change its shape. The UVs are unwrapped for easy texturing. Included file formats are FBX, OBJ, Alembic (ABC), GLB, Collada (DAE), and Blender's native format (BLEND). Note that modular functions only work in Blender; adjust the count in the modifiers section to see the effect. The model supports both Cycles and Eevee rendering engines and consists of 15,172 faces and 15,200 vertices.
