This is a remix of Elproduct's filament extruder upgrade with the added feature of a hole for the spring tension adjustment screw. I've listed my printer model on the title as I know it works, however, if your extruder looks pretty much like that, chances are that it'll work just as well for you too, feel free to try it out and let me know! Prints in less than 30 minutes with an optimized Cura profile and a 1mm nozzle!
