Remix of the flexible filament extruder from https://www.thingiverse.com/Elproducts I've added a handle for easier filament loading/unloading and a cable mount for zip ties. It easily prints without supports. I had some troubles getting the bowden coupling in the extruder, so I heated it with a soldering iron before inserting which finally worked rather well.
