Flexible Filament Guide for Direct Feed Printers

This is specifically designed for my Turnigy Fabrikator to help with successfully printing Semi Flex. I could not get the flexible filament to feed without a guide. Likely works with other direct feed printers as well. As is, the part is designed to sit right between the feeding motor and the extruder where flexible filaments commonly jam up or become kinked. The hole for the filament to go through is made for 1.75mm filament. Holes on the end of the part are present so that you may use string or zip ties to securely hold the part in place, OR use some quality servo tape like the Parma servo tape linked below. Feel free to remix the part to fit other more popular printers! Let me know if this helps anyone out! Link to servo tape I used to secure the piece: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXMRA9 UPDATE: It works awesome! Totally fixed all of my issues I previously had when printing with flexible filaments! See pictures of the piece installed on my Turnigy Fabrikator. Print Settings Printer: Turnigy Fabrikator Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Infill: 100% Notes: Lay on side and enable support where the part touches build plate. These easily break off. Only took around 20 minutes to print. Works best to print in ABS or PLA.
