Flexible Filament Insert E3D Titan/Aero

<p>This is an insert to replace the filament guide between the hotend and the filament gear in E3D Titan Aero to better control flexible filaments. I bought a direct drive Titan Aero to work more with flexible filaments on my railcore 2 build. Annoyingly, at some point during every print the flexible filament was pushed out past the original guide killing the print. This guide closes the gap between guide and gear. All is well now, printing away with soft filaments like Ninjaflex. You will have to sand/dremel and smooth all to get it to fit perfectly. PTFE tube goes inside as in the original. Carbon fiber PETG 0.1mm layer, 3 perimeter 50% infill.</p> <p>Empiricus@Dremomys</p> Category: 3D Printer Extruders
