My wife is a nurse in the ER and she said the behind the head mask loop design everyone is printing keep snapping, so I designed one to be flexible but I didn't have any TPU on hand. It prints very fast (9 minutes on my printer) and uses very little filament. I have sent few batches with her to the hospital and sent a few to a friend of mine working at an Amazon warehouse and asked for feedback, but they said the design is great. They are so slim you can mail them in a standard envelope if you have family/friends in need. print with 100% infill, at 0.3mm layer height with a first layer of 0.32mm, if you come up with any improvements, let me know.
