Flexible plate for the µDelta Rework starting from a flexible metal sheet from Buildtak. _You need :_ - The heat bed option for the µDelta Rework - A flexible metal sheet - 6 or more cylindrical and strong magnets (longer they are, better their magnetisation will resist to the heat) - Epoxy glue **Warning :** ** I am not working with eMotion Tech, and definitely not responsible for any damage that can occur to your printer if you try to apply my modification.** _What to do :_ -> Cut the metal sheet according to the PDF drawing (printed @ 98% scale on a A4 printer (yes, 2D printer ^^), without borders) -> Print the centring parts (Cales palteau flexible.stl) -> Drill 6 holes (depending on the number of magnet you have) in the heat bed, at the same diameter as the cylindrical magnets. __**Beware NOT to drill into the heater you pasted on the bottom face of the aluminium plate !!!**__ The holes must be disposed on each corners of the hexagonal flex plate, as close as you can from the centre of the plate, **BUT without touching the heater of the bed, again**. -> Glue the magnets inside the holes with the epoxy glue. The magnets must flush with the top surface of the plate. Crystal tape is your friend for protecting a surface from epoxy glue. -> Screw the three centring parts with the screws of the spacers of the heatbed -> Paste your favorite printing surface on the flexible plate (for my part, Buildtak or 3DBedFix), and your done ! For unmounting your printed part, fold gently the flexible plate, and the printed part will pop-up =D
