Flexible Shaft Coupler-Anti-Z-Wobble-Claw Clutch End (Ade) Z-Wobble Ade-Klauenkupplung Dies ist mein Beitrag, um das lästige Z-Wooble für meine Anycubic i3 Mega, Chiron zu umgehen bzw. zu entfernen. Dies sollte auch bei anderen 3D Druckern funktionieren, bei denen die Maße der Welle des Schrittmotors 5 mm und die der Spindeln der Z-Achse 8 mm betragen. Der Durchmesser der Klauenkupplung ist 20 mm. Die Gewinde haben ein Bohrung von 2,5 mm. Das Gewinde selber wird mit Körperkraft rein gedreht. Das klappt gut und hält auch. Benötigte Schrauben: 8 Stück Inbus M3x8 und 2 Stück M3x4. Als weitere Verbesserung habe ich noch folgenden Mod bei mir eingebaut: AI3M threaded spindle z-axis leading von Maleh3Dprntx, auf der Thingiverseseite: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3286907 Diese beiden Maßnahmen haben mir das Z-Wobble entfernt.
