Flexible Shaft Coupler for Various Shaft Sizes

Flexible Shaft Coupler - for several different shaft sizes: * 5mm shaft with flat (Common on NEMA 17 Motors) * 6.35mm shaft with flat (Common on NEMA 23 Motors) * 8mm shaft (a common size for leadscrews/ballscrews) * 1/2 inch shaft with 1/8 inch through pin added 5/27/19 (Misread request from JoelJustJoel - oops! Still a viable design..) * 3/8 inch shaft with 1/8 inch through pin added 5/27/19 (As requested by JoelJustJoel) I hope this list can grow - I plan on adding additional shaft options as they are requested. Print the coupler end pieces from PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon, or any other strong, relatively non-flexible filament, and the flexible insert with NinjaFlex, TPU, or some other type of flexible material. The inset holes are designed for 4mm screws and nuts to clamp the coupler to the shafts. Let me know if other shaft sizes/profiles are needed, I'd be happy to add them. Send me detailed measurements on the shaft diameter and any flats that may be present. Drawings or photos as reference would help immensely. I'll do my best to get any requests added within a few days of receiving them, depending on how busy I am. Enjoy!
