Test Flexible filament, no idea for what kind of application. So made few screws for my Replicator 2X side window which screws often disappear. Print it then insert to the hole of window, heat the end by hair dryer. Re-modeling it by hands. Looks ok after cooling. Instructions According to the official instruction of MakerBot. 0.3mm layer height. 120 degree nozzle temp. instead of default value 100. Besides, printing few screws at same time is better since this can give more time to cool previous layer (Flexible filament viscosity is much higher than PLA when melting)
