The cooling block that comes with the (excellent/amazing/life-changing) Flexion HT extruder has heatsink fins that press up against the connector segment of the original (excellent/amazing/life-changing) one-piece spacer replacement from CBiker. This slight modification moves the connector segment up so that it runs above those fins but below the gear shaft. It should press right against the cage of the fan and dampen the vibration sound very well. I printed in beautiful green PETG, but ABS or other heat-tolerant stuff should be good.
