ability to rotate optic in center plate fits 1" standard optic fits onto 1/2" steel rod slots on the side for 10-24 nut and holes fit 10-24 bolt to tighten the bolt onto the steel rod. holes on top to change rotation of plates use 10-24 bolts as well
