Thanks to John for the awesome design! The model was carefully dissected and split into two separate STL files specifically designed for dual extrusion FDM 3D printing. Original design by: John Showalter https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2907590 3D Printer & CURA Slice Settings: Ultimaker 3 Bright Blue Yellow PLA filament was used. 19 hours and 48 minutes were required for the total print time. The part dimensions are: X:179, Y:186, Z:35mm. The layer thickness is .2mm and the nozzle size is .4mm. 20% infill was used with a retract distance of 6.5mm. The extruder temperature was set to 210C while the bed temperature was maintained at 60C. A total weight of 120g was achieved for the finished part. A print speed of 70mm/s was utilized.
