This is a remix of Estes Flip Flyer I printed everything in PLA+ the only time I used supports, was on fins and nose cone the nose cone only touching the build plate. as you can see in the picture the ejection charge melted the pla+ Still, a fun rocket to play with maybe, a tin can cut to fit the body tube would help. (a tin can cut and just place in the body tube did work to fix the problem) bed temp 60c nozzle temp 205c the tree supports on the fin work well
