My second iteration is a improved version but can be optimized. One type of plunger screw (7) instead of two (14) and one adjustable electrical plate(11) instead of two (12) it need to be my next step. It is a very classical concept and also very simple. Three adjustments including the diaphragm calibration meaning maximum flexibility. Automation assembly for all five sequences is possible. Active control using electro-pneumatic plungers instead of plunger screws is an enable option.
