<p>Print at 0.2mm layer height. &nbsp;No supports required.</p><p>In addition to the print, you will need:</p><ol><li>18650 non-protected lithium battery (not the longer ones with the chip in them)</li><li>Keystone 228 battery contact</li><li>Keystone 209 battery contact</li><li>4mm X 50mm nickel strip (X2)</li><li>24-28 gauge &nbsp;wire</li></ol><p>Assembly instructions:</p><ol><li>Solder one of the nickel strips to the 228 battery contact a couple mm left of center as shown in the pic</li><li>Feed the strip through the hole then snap the battery contact into place.</li><li>Wrap the strip around the back and up through the second hole in the base (see photo)</li><li>Solder a bit of wire to the 209 battery contact (see photo)</li><li>Feed the other end through the channel on the left and pull up out the top</li><li>Solder the wire to the other nickel strip, feed it through it's hole and around and up like the other (see photo)</li><li>Press into the base. &nbsp;This is very snug - either use a press or lightly tap with a mallet until it is fully seated (there is a detent you must snap past).</li><li>Insert battery.</li></ol><p>MAKE SURE BATTERY POSITIVE TERMINAL IS UP!!! &nbsp;Damage to your camera may result if it is put in upside down.</p><p>DO NOT TRY TO CHARGE IN THE CAMERA. &nbsp;This model does not include the smart battery controller that the OEM packs contain (uses the middle terminal). &nbsp;If you charge in the camera it will likely overcharge and possibly explode the battery - damaging your camera. &nbsp;Remove the battery and charge using a 18650 battery charger.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Attribution: &nbsp;Although this is 100% new design, I wanted to give a shout out to beergeeks design which provided much of the inspiration for this : <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4241882">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4241882</a></p>
