Floating Photo Frame Remix (Tighter Tolerances)

Floating Photo Frame Remix (Tighter Tolerances)

thingiverse

Just a super quick from scratch recreation of Tosh's great design in http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:581117 using 123D Design. Goal was tighter tolerances so the photo stays in the frame. I guess my photo paper is thin. Also added a second hole for two push-pins which fit more snug. (You can use only one, but two recommended for horizontal photos). This is also a lighter weight and rather thin version. At default size an exact 6" photo bends slightly in the middle. Just make it a mm or two longer in your slicer if you want a perfectly flat photo. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Maker Select Plus Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100
