These are two mounting plates for use with 10 or 20w floodlights. One is for mounting the floodlights to my gutter. It may or may not fit YOUR gutter. Do some measuring before you print them to be sure and you are free to make changes to adapt to your gutter but please respect the license and not redistribute it. The peg sticking up fits 1/2" PVC and you will need to cut a short length as a leg. Mine works out to about 3". Adjust as necessary to have a level plate. Print at least 1 of the PVC bolt bushing per floodlight. I printed two. You insert one in the end of a section of PVC pipe. The length of this pipe is dictated by your install situation. You purchase bolts and cut the length of the PVC so your floodlights are at the height you would like them to be above your gutter. I made mine 4". Again, adjust as necessary. The PVC mounting plate is sized to fit 1/2" sch40 PVC pipe. Its depth is approximately the same as all other PVC fittings to a standard 1-1/2" piece of pipe can be used to mount to. I recommend drilling a hole for a machine screw (I used #6x5/8" construction screws from Home Depot). There is a flat on the base of the pipe mount for drilling this hole. Insert the coupling pipe into the printed piece after drilling the screw hole. Insert a screw through the hole and drive it into the coupling PVC. This will prevent rotation. Both the gutter ant the pipe mount accept a standard 1/4" hex head bolt commonly available at any hardware store. I also recommend you purchase 1-1/2" 1/4" washers, two per floodlight and a 1/4" wingnut to attach the lights to either of the mounting plates. Use two washers, one below the light frame and one above. This will allow for smooth adjustments without wearing against the plastic.
