I'll make it in 3D Max. Each floor is its own model with colored stitching on both of them. No adjustments have been made to lighting in this scene - everything can be used right out of the download. These models are ideal for rendering, animation, and VR use cases within interior design projects. You can export files in 3DMAX 2018, FBX or OBJ format.
