Floss Drops to organize your Embroidery Thread! Two different sizes, small and large, both with an extra space to keep the partial strands separate. I'm currently using the small ones to keep my threads organized for cross stitch WIPs. You can write the DMC Floss number on one side and draw the symbol for your pattern on the other. Or print the symbols onto sticker/label paper and stick them onto the drops. I'm using the large ones to store my floss stash. I haven't got it all transferred from bobbins yet, but I'm working on it. I'm getting tired of all the kinks, so I decided I needed to make a system that I can hang my floss from. HOT TIP! If you precut your skein into 80cm lengths, then each length is EXACTLY 0.1 skein. Makes it SUPER EASY to kit up your projects, and to keep an inventory of the floss you currently have. Just count the number of strands you have, multiply by 0.1 and that's how much of a skein you have left. It's long enough that you can use a single strand folded in half for a loop start. And you can cut it in half for work with odd numbers of strands.
