Floss Pick Dispenser

Dispenser for floss picks. This is currently a work in progress. Spring used is 6.8mm (inner diameter) x 50mm (length). I estimated the minimum compression to be about 20mm, so that is what I made the height of the carrier. This might be compatible with other picks, but I haven't tested any yet. The two I have tested (generic store brand) fit okay.
