I crafted a decorative wooden box with intricate flower and spiral patterns. To create it, I utilized boxmaker.com for a 4x4x6 template, which I imported into Illustrator to adjust stroke thickness and Live Trace flower images for rastering. Afterwards, spirals were added to the squared sides. The CNC Laser was set to 600 DPI, 100 Raster Speed, 50 Raster Power, 17 Vector Speed, 100 Vector Power, and 500 Vector Frequency for engraving. Finally, each piece was removed and assembled with glue. If redoing this project, I'd enhance raster depth for better results.
