This is a plant tag you can print and write on with a sharpie. I constructed them to have a triangular stake, for better supporting in soil. This model is very durable at multiple settings. I've printed them with a .4(.2 layer) and a .8(/4 layer) tip. You can get down to 15 minutes per tag at .8mm I constructed this in FreeCAD and sliced it in Slic3r, printed on a RepRap. It could be constructed/modified to include text on the angled side, but they were more useful by using a sharpie. They certainly aren't falling apart after a season, nor are they going to get easily lost. I recommend a light colored filament (white, yellow, blue, green). The black sharpie shows up really nicely from afar.
